Navi Mumbai Premier League (NMPL) one of the prestigious league of Navi Mumbai Organized by CRL Sports Management. Match was played at Belapur Gymkhana at Belapur in Navi Mumbai. Team Navi Mumbai Ninjas XI (NMN XI) lost the toss and were asked by Team Supernovas to Bat first, which turned out to be an good outing for team NMN XI they managed to score 205/7 in 20 overs. Middle order batsman Azan Khan brought up his century off just 36 balls and he surpassed Siddhesh Tilekar (39 Balls) to bring up the fastest century in T20 Tournaments. AK was not out till the end of the innings 105 off just 38 deliveries in the match.
Taking to Social Media CRL Sports Management also shared the record and termed it as “insane innings“. AK scored 105 runs smashing 7 sixes and 12 boundaries which were mesmerizing and a treat to watch, he played with ease. Azan Khan was supported by Laksh Makad and Parag Raj which helped team NMN XI to post a total above 200+ runs.
Team Supernovas in reply made 197/9 in 20 overs Navi Mumbai Ninjas won by 8 runs. It was an exciting match of Navi Mumbai Premier League Edition 1 Hanif, Nikhil played crucial role for supernovas which almost chased down this target., Vaibhav Kadoo bowled his heart out with and outstanding bowling figure 22/4 well supported by Jay Samant with bowling figure 46/3.
